Using the GC7 APP, condominium owners can print a duplicate of their bill, check their pending issues, read and print reports made available by the syndicator and/or administrator, negotiate and pay in installments with an exclusive discount through the APP.
Syndicators/Administrators will be able to set up surveys, make files relating to the condominium available to condominium owners, create leisure areas, check defaults through graphic maps and much more.
